How much does it cost?  Basic listings (including address, price, number of bedrooms and baths and one photo) are FREE to all homeowners selling their own property in Murfreesboro and surrounding communities.

How do I sign up?  For our free, basic listing just visit the "Include Your Home - Free" section of this site and supply the necessary information and one photo.

Can I post more information than that? Yes.  Our enhanced listing offers you a complete page full of information about your home. You can list individual bedroom sizes, room dimensions, extra living spaces, etc.  Also, you can post up to 18 photographs. Use them for room views, outside shots, anything to boost the image your home portrays to seb site visitors.

Can I post Open House information? Yes. With our enhanced listing, you can have another listing on our "Open House" page with address, times, directions, a photo, and a link back to your enhanced listing.

What if I don't have a camera?  No problem. We offer a digital photo shoot for our enhanced listing customers for only $24.95. We will come to your home and take photos for your listing, enough to guarantee 18 good shots.

How do I sign up for the enhanced service? Visit our "Enhanced Service" area and supply the requested information.  Then use the Paypal link to purchase your enhanced package (or mail payment to our P.O. Box if you prefer). Finally, send your photos to the email address listed or order your photo shoot.
